Snitpets of various sounds and music all rolled together in an interesting mix. Programming is perhaps best described as "eclectic", "a little of this, a little of that." Or perhaps, "all over the place" is more appropriate. I don't know what to tell you. Very strong and clear on an SDR in New England. SINPO 55455, S7-S9 with occasional QRN in the background.

0110 - ID: "WIERD - W-I-E-R-D (spelled out)".
0113 - Men speaking in Japanese with processed audio of "Weird" and "weird radio" in English over it. "Jamming your brain with mind formations. Giving you nightmares."
0016 - "Rocket Morton (?)" looping.
0120 - "Rocket Morton (?)" looping again.
0123 - Man identifying as Count Dracula imploring us to drink."The children of the night make such good music" as jazz music is faded up: Philly Joe Jones Sextet, "Blues for Dracula."
0130 - Dracula, at the conclusion of the song, "What are you doing here with the children? Go in the belfry and play with the bats!"
0145 - Male: "W-E-I-R-D. The weird radio station is now signing off the air. (Repeated several times) Good night" but electronic music continues for a few minutes.
0149 - Carrier off after: "W-E-I-R-D. The weird radio station is now signing off the air. Good night. Keep 43 meters weird."

0116  Looped indistinct phrase (maybe the "Rocket Morton" heard later), repetitive theme w/ occasional additional theme (video game?) into "Rocket Morton" looped & manipulated,

S5 in noisy conditions.
