Fair signal but difficult to zero on the isthmus at Madison, WI.  I initially thought I heard a Radio Delta ID - whoops!  Apparently not!  What I took for Belgian Dutch was actually German.  Ooooops!  Anyway, rough copy, very hard to pin the exact frequency down.
Madison, WI, U.S.A.
Tecsun PL-660, Yaesu FT60R handheld, and Realistic DX-398 (back up and running!)
QSL's appreciated

There's a geeklady turning that dial!
