77LJS 1948 UTC 6930 USB 28 AUG 2025
« on: August 28, 2025, 1948 UTC »
S7 to S9+ signal heard via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR. The audio's pretty good and staying above the moderate noise levels at that particular SDR ...

1949 UTC: Usual host with an ID and shout-out to me, saying he's running tests while conditions are not too bad, then "I Sing for Joy" by Don Williams.
1952 UTC: Host asking for more details on how he's sounding (I added those above now).
1953 UTC: "She's a Heart Full" by Don Williams. Some occasional fading creeping into the signal.
1956 UTC: "What's the Score" by Don Williams (which seems to describe well the experience of being a Seattle Mariners fan like me).
1959 UTC: Host said he's wrapping up his test and will be back later, then "I Don't Wanna Let Go" by Don Williams.
2002 UTC: "Another Place, Another Time" by Don Williams. I've got to go join a work call now!
* * * * *
2102 UTC: Checked back and found the signal's holding strong and even exceeding S9+ now via the Maryland SDR.

Thanks for the test broadcast!
