currently listening at the International Peace Garden,  North Dakota/Manitoba border.
That rapid QSB is real.  Things that show up when you run WIDE signals.  Really sort of an interesting experiment in understanding propagation...RXing these signals from remote SDRs.  It's probably not a LOCAL issue. :)
