Caught this UNID last night (USB with carrier)

Started out with Billie Jean by Michael Jackson. Also heard Atomic by Blondie, I Ran by A Flock of Seagulls, Material Girl by Madonna,. Man speaking at 0313 about gag orders and Chicago. Music returned at 0319 with We Are The Champions by Queen. After a few minutes dead air, applause and the transmission/ carrier cut at 0330. Fair to good.
