Getting a S5 signal with severe noise via the W3HFU sdr with the 250 feet v beam antenna, conditions aren’t that great at the moment

S3 to S5 signal via the Cape May County, New Jersey, SDR but quite a bit of fading into the noise at times ...

1640 UTC: Sound clips of people talking with edits and repeated words -- generally fun weirdness.
1643 UTC: The distinctive Lincolnshire Poacher interval signal was played, followed by Indian music, then what sounded like an ad by an accented man that included repeated phrase such as "best prices," "461," and "847."
1648 UTC: Signature tune repeated again, then more music.
