I don't have a great copy, but I'm receiving similar program now on that frequency 5/5 fading. I can hear a male announcer but can't make out any ID. Heard a reference to Radio Caroline. Relay from the AM station?   Central FL 0:24  (8:24 PM Eastern)

No relay scheduled at that time on 9670, so Channel 292 broadcast its own non-stop programme,
but at times it can be OHR Offshore History Radio.
