UNID, 1-29-14, 0228-0233, 6.925U, hearing a bunch of ranting, laughter, vulgarities, etc at 0228, very weak here at S2-3 at best.  nothing heard now at 0233 unless station is playing music at a low level...we'll see.  Hearing an announcer talking now at 0237 with no highs whatsoever in the audio...cannot make it out.  don't know if part of programming i heard earlier, or not.  Please ID and QSL.  Thanks.

0233 tune in, S5 signal. Some sort of Richard Pryor/Red Foxx stuff, although neither of those two guys. Gone at 0235.

SDR recording catch. Could possibly have been heard here as early as 0215, but weak copy made it difficult to tell for sure.
I am pretty sure there was an OM on around 0225, talking for a minute or two. There could have been an ID in there.
