Very good signal and audio
directly on my radio here near Seattle with some noise and fading; I'm also hearing an S9 signal and nice audio via the Southern Alberta SDR, albeit with moderate noise and fading ...
0223 UTC: "Goodbye Stranger" by Supertramp.
0227 UTC: Male host with shout-outs to Tony and me and saying he hopes we got the QSL cards (I did!). He explained the station's name by describing his beat-up transmitter and then gave the email address (
[email protected]).
0228 UTC: "Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride)" by Don Felder.
0234 UTC: "Band of the Hand" by Bob Dylan & The Heartbreakers.
0238 UTC: Host shouting out RadioUser, giving the email address again, and saying he hopes somebody's listening with a tube radio (sorry, listening on my 2018-produced Eton radio).
0239 UTC: "Gone Hollywood" by Supertramp.
0244 UTC: "Comfortably Number" by Pink Floyd.
0250 UTC: Host back on the mic asking for reception reports.
0251 UTC: "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC. Reception's holding up nicely here; even better than at the North Seattle SDR 20 miles south of me.
0253 UTC: Host stopped the song for a moment, said something I didn't catch, then resumed the AC/DC song.
0255 UTC: "Barracuda" by Heart.
Thanks again for the broadcast!
