I -THINK- this is the War of the Worlds radio broadcast!  Definitely War of the Worlds, but it's not the 1938 version. 

UPDATE....it's the WKBW 1968 version.

30m/40m doublet @40'. 1/4 wave 80m vertical. Terminated BOGS at 140 and 270 degrees.

Had a poor signal with audio that only rose above noise floor at 0130
