Voice of Vietnam with English Language service.  News and comments alternating stories with both female and male announcers till 1010 followed female commentary about Vietnam population demographic make-up. Excellent signals with SINPO 4/4/4/4/4. Logged with AirSpy HF+ Discovery and 45ft Sloper antenna.
