Radio Rebelde with Spanish service to the Caribbean Region.  TX site iffy: Eibi shows Quiviacan , Short-wave.info shows Bauta.   Steady, weak but noisy with the 2 usual male hosts with some contribution from a YL. Just talk, no music tonite,
Some things never change and most of those things appear to be in Cuba.

Radio Rebelde 5025 khz A 03:07Z 15Nov25 (21:07 CST Local) with a very nice signal via Quivican to   Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico,  Florida Waters.

SINPO; 44454.   One of the most stable signals I've ever heard from them.
