African Pathways Radio via Madagascar World Voice via their transmitter in Mahajanga.  Religious talk, stories, songs and station IDs in English.  Very strong signals SINPO: 5/5/5/5/5. Logged with AirSpy HF+ Discovery and 45ft Sloper.

AirSpy HF+ Discovery, with BHI DSP,  1 60' Loop-On-Ground, 1 40' Loop-on-Ground antenna (KK5JY Designs), 1 45' End-Fed Sloper at 30' high 9:1 antenna feeding a K-480WLA Pre-Amp/Pre-Selector system. 
Plus a working 1938 Zenith 7S363 SW Receiver for fun.
