23222 Vatican Radio with Tamil service to South Asia via Tinang.    Some music early,   ID @ 15:03 then  excited YL taking over at 15:04.
Signal strongly faded by 15:10 (which is supposed to be their QRT time) when a VERY weak, indecipherable signal was detected.
