At 0037, on USB YL said to tune to 4855 kilocycles in about 15 minutes

0032  YL announcement that there will be a broadcast on 4855 khz in approximately 15 minutes.  Frequency may vary. 0037 same announcement "Surrender to the void. … Did I really say that out loud!" 0038 switched to USB with same announcement. YL not familiar with earth, uses photons for energy ... off 0037.
