Frequency:  7710kHz USB 7.710 MHz USB 7,710.0 7710kHz USB 7,710.0 MHz USB sideband.  SIO 333 to SIO 444, decent signals, sound like peskies heard previously in this ballpark (7 MHz band, above 40 meter ham band/41 meter broadcast band, below the 8 MHz marine allocation).
