00:31 - 00:36 been hearing alot of tuning up
00:36 hearing possible mx. - for the past 9-10 minutes I have been hearing someone tuning up S9+ sig. at times. (wasn't peskies)

I didn't hear DW, but I did hear the guy on the LSB teasing the pescs around 0037z.
