I actually dig the 60M Band's channelized method, since you don't have to worry about having a QSO and someone just parks +/- 1kHz from you and just operates, obliterating the FREQ that you are using. And, power-wise, you are on par with every other operator, where just 20W can work everyone you hear, and they don't have to be arm-chair-copy at S+20/9 and over. Just my $0.02 worth.
