Via Wessex SDR (South West UK).  Tuned to 6.688 MHz from 6.670 MHz USB mode around 1954 UTC or 1955 UTC.  Italian language comms, with what sounds like Portuguese in the background.

According to the SDR's frequency database, 6688 kHz USB (and nearby frequency 6685 kHz USB) are both Royal Navy HF frequencies.

The chatter on 6688 kHz USB has the tell-tale diesel engine noise in the background, indicating that at least one of them is likely a marine station, so fishermen, fishing fleets using an out of band frequency.  6.688 MHz 6,688.0 is an easy to remember frequency, even though, of course, the 6.6 MHz band, specifically 6525 kHz to 6765 kHz is an aeronautical band, the 6685 kHz to 6765 kHz portion being the military sub-band (officially anyway).

This spectrum is very popular with pirate operators, freebanders, out of band ham radio operators, 45 meter Echo Charlie guys...and so forth.
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
