Via the G8JNJ SDR - Wessex UK - South West UK.  3.490 MHz LSB.  3490 kHz LSB.   Sounds like two or three QSOs going on at once.  No direct QRM to, you know, the actual legal users of this tiny chunk of spectrum - 3.4 MHz to 3.5 MHz being an aeronautical allocation (aircraft band).  Shanwick Radio coming in very strong on 3491 kHz USB 3.491 MHz USB at 2010 UTC.
