Likely fishery traffic.  6756.6 kHz USB or 6756.7 kHz USB.  Two stations having an informal QSO, often with considerable time between transmissions.  Lots of QRM from an OTH radar 6727 kHz - 6757 kHz (30 kHz bandwidth, center frequency roughly 6742 kHz 6740 kHz or so).
