26765kHz AM.  26,765 kHz AM.  Received locally here in Richmond, Virginia, 1720 local time. 

YL taxi dispatcher lady, Spanish language.  Mexico City taxi lady Juanita on 26.765MHz AM. 

Checked W3HFU SDR receiver at 2221 UTC, she's there as well, lots of other signals below CB channel 1 and above CB channel 40 as the sun sets, including U.S. based stations working DX on 26.805 MHz FM.
