6945 kHz LSB.  6.945MHz LSB.  Somebody keying a radio in AM mode with no modulation (just a carrier, maybe tuning up).  Followed by HOLA! HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLA! ooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLAAAAAAAAAAAA (and so on and so forth).  SIO 333.  Received via the Wessex SDR (G8JNJ SDR) located in the South West UK.
