Receiver: G8JNJ SDR - Wessex SDR (Flydog SDR) located in the South West UK.  Lots of Russian language chatter in the 100 meter band or 95 meter band - roughly 2.9 MHz or 3.0 MHz to 3.3 or 3.4 MHz.  3MHz band, almost all in AM mode.

3150 kHz AM is the starting point, other Russian chatter on:

3030 kHz AM
3037 kHz AM (and 3035 kHz AM)
3040 kHz AM
3045 kHz AM
3090 kHz AM
3100 kHz AM
3150 kHz AM (and variable off-frequency signals, 3146 kHz AM, 3151 kHz, etc.) causing QRM to/from 3155 kHz
3160 kHz AM (variable - 3161 kHz AM, 3060.5 kHz AM - very very loud, and others, often with noticeable "FMing").

These guys are running old radios, it would seems.

Russian Trioka band pirates, 3 MHz marine band, maritime radio, 2-4 MHz band.  AM mode.  A3E emission.
