Caught English news & commentary on 15.275 @ 2000gmt., the intended target being Africa*. Signal was fair, choppy fading, recognized email address given with "D. W. Deutsche Welle" @ 2030gmt.
*(according to primetimeshortwave.com). Sooo... the signal hoped over the S. Pole? Or under?  ::)  ???  ::)

According to HFCC /AOKI the azimuth is 0 degrees for the English at 19:00 - 21:00 utc.
