Portuguese language (actually today it sounds more like Italian language!) comms again on this frequency, 3,300 kHz LSB.  3.300MHz 3.3 MHz.  3300kHz LSB.  Fishermen, likely anyway.  Lots of background noise, SIO 222 to SIO 333 or so. 

Some datalink QRM, quite minor.
