Italian language comms.  SIO 444, nice sounding audio.  Two stations talking about propagation conditions, talking about listening to HF comms relating to the Russo-Ukrainian War, additional discussions about antennas, band conditions on 40 meters, 20 meters, 11 meters...these guys are obviously ham operators operating out of band.
