SDRplay RSP2/RSPdx  w/SDRuno or SDRconnect SW ; N-S 43M Dipole /  Disclaimer: Shazam/Sound-Hound used to ID many songs.

Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

S9 signal and good audio being heard via the SDR in Fair Hill, Maryland ...

2311 UTC: "Velvet Goldmine (Ziggy Session Outtake)" by David Bowie.
2313 UTC: "It Ain't Easy" by David Bowie (I love these tunes from Ziggy Stardust-era Bowie).
2315 UTC: "Round and Round (Alternate Vocal Take)" by David Bowie.
2318 UTC: "What's the frequency ... WTF" jingle, then "Lady Stardust" by David Bowie.
2321 UTC: "Star" by David Bowie.
2324 UTC: "Shadow Man" by David Bowie.
2328 UTC: "Hang On to Yourself (Live)" by David Bowie.
2330 UTC: Male-spoken "WTF" ID into "Holy Holy (Ziggy Session Version)" by David Bowie.
2333 UTC: "Ziggy Stardust" by David Bowie. The signal's decreased to S7 and noise on the band's kicked up a few notches in the past few minutes.
2336 UTC: "Suffragette City" by David Bowie. My 16-year-old just borrowed by CD version of "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" the other day, as she's going through my collection while driving to school and back.
2339 UTC: Off.

Thanks for all the Bowie music this evening!
