2349 "bring on the evil station" sounds like a ID but could not make it out

Decent signal and fair audio heard via the SDR in Fair Hill, Maryland, amid lots of noise ...

2347 UTC: "Purple Haze" by Jimi Hendrix.
2349 UTC: Screeching noises with guy repeating "Bring on the evil station" over it. Sounds like there's some Morse code in the background, too.
2350 UTC: More noises and guy saying "You are tuned to ..." with the rest lost in the noise.
2350 UTC: Off.
