Receiver: Wessex UK SDR receiver.  9.010 MHz LSB.  This is an aeronautical band allocation.  Two OMs speaking Italian talking about radio propagation conditions, but also can hear the tell-tele engine noise in the background of the stronger of the two stations.  The stronger of the two is peaking at S9 with nice SSB audio.  Additional radio-related chatter about QSOs with Latin American stations and activity on 11 meters!

Interesting to see these guys running lower side band, but I suppose based on the amateur radio band convention of using USB above 10 MHz and LSB below 10 MHz.
