Very noisy, English service - Program ID via website

2238 Unid instrumental, sounds like a soundtrack from movie filmed in Europe in the 1960's
2242 OM in English but cannot decipher
2243 Radio Six ID
2244 Unid YL singing, maybe French?
2248 YL singing, non-English (determined to ID at least 1 song)
2252 Unid piano jazz song
2253 Got one  :D "Stella by Starlight" Helen Reddy, noise abating
