Very Good reception with some choppiness on both frequencies, Chinese service.  Don't think this is jammer based on several songs played before posting.

1228 Children's Chorus, Unid song
1229 OM talking
1230 IS sounding music with what sounds like ID, OM talks

Nice catch!   i ran across this signal on 21645  a few days  but it was noisy and just barely audible here in Southern Wisconsin,   I just assumed it was some Chinese broadcast targeting their domestic audience.
