S9 signal but only fair audio received via the SDR in Traverse City, Michigan, throughout quite a bit of noise ...

0123 UTC: Male host talking about pirate stations, including the musician-focused stations of the past several months. He then played some clips from these broadcasts.
0126 UTC: The host played some clips from other pirate stations, including Ultimate Blizzard Radio, which pops up during big U.S. snowstorms.
0129 UTC: The host set up a clip from another station and then played the recording. Rough reception right now.
0131 UTC: Host talked again about the HFU boards.
0132 UTC: Host: "Thanks for listening to Hobby Broadcasting Radio and have a wonderful day."
0133 UTC: During closing music, a female announcer also gave an ID and an email address (which I missed).

Thanks for the broadcast!

YL giving what seems to be a sign-off, lots of noise beforehand. S7-S9, mostly QSB tonight in NC. Also discussing a number station.
She/Her. Monitoring DC to Daylight!

Typically using an IC-7300 or 7610 with a ZS6BKW dipole or a DX Commander 40-2. Located in Boone, North Carolina! DM for QSL, love collecting cards!
