Quite by random as I did my morning coffee run, I had my mobile 11m rig turned down low on 27.385 LSB and caught a station identifying as WQTR "Quality Time Radio" with a trippy Twilight  Zone-like announcement about beginning shortwave operations. Good S9 signal.
