The Russian TSS following format.  Multiple "RWM" CW IDs at 1909z.

S3 and fair in occas WWV slop

Actually, very useful.  At first, the RWM details seemed to be exactly one minute off, and I found that the laptop hosting the SDR wasn't syncing to net time properly.
