UNID - possible maritime users, going by the tell-tale background noise, informal nature of the communications (OMs laughing, etc.) and use of an easy-to-remember frequency - it shows up on the HF SSB marine radio display as 12.207.7 MHz - 122077, pretty easy to remember.

Tuned in at 1029 UTC, they were active until around 1034 UTC or 1035 UTC...at that point, they said goodbye and went QRT..

This is technically within the fixed mobile allocation of 11975 kHz to 12330 kHz band 11,975 kHz - 12,330 kHz.  11.975 MHz to 12.330 MHz.
