Probably within groundwave range of this particular receiver, which is located in the South West UK.  Reminds me (kind of) of the guys heard on frequencies like 6953 kHz USB, 6959 kHz USB, 7696 kHz USB (and 7695.5 kHz USB) as well as 6623.5 kHz USB and other frequencies.  Very thick accents.
