Listening to this vintage recording via the SDR in Fork Union, Virginia, which is receiving an S5 to S7 signal and fair audio amid the noise tonight ...

0216 UTC: Male host giving Doomsday Radio ID and mentioning it's New Year's Day in 1994. That was by an Irish-sounding tune.
0220 UTC: Host: "Wow, did that jam or what?" Host is talking slowly while saying he drank too much cough syrup.
0221 UTC: "Laughing Song" by The Residents.
0223 UTC: Host giving ID again and giving a "special announcement."
0224 UTC: Host mentioning it's the station's first show and introducing the next song, "Two Dreadful Children" by Cruella De Ville.
0229 UTC: Host said "and if you like that, we have one more ..." and introduced the next song, "Pencil Neck Geek," a staple of the old "Dr. Demento Show."
0233 UTC: Piano music played as the host gave the old QSL address (stamps were just 29 cents 32 years ago! I miss those days.).
0234 UTC: Another Irish-sounding instrumental tune.
0237 UTC: Host introducing his guest, "Elvis Presley," who talked about what he'd been doing since his death.
0239 UTC: Host mentioned ID again over music, followed by "Overture" by Chicago Orchestra & Stanley Lebowsky.
