Today, May 1st, (0500-0800 UTC and 1400-1700 UTC)is the
annual Austrian Emergency Tests.
 
Unfortunately this activity has evolved into a real contest
and cross band with OEY-#### Government and Red Cross shall
take place only on 3600-3650 and 3700-3800 kHz. The 10 MHz
band is no longer in use, per IARU rules.
