Frequency: 26765 kHz 26,765 MHz 26765.0 kHz 26.765MHz AM
Language: Spanish
QTH: Mexico City - presumed based upon traffic and previous monitoring of this frequency

Receiver: W3HFU SDR receiver - Westminster, MD.
Receiver: own personal receiver - Richmond, VA

Signal strength about the same at both locations.  YL speaking Spanish taxi cab lady taxi lady Juanita reading numeric taxi trip IDs, addresses and alphanumeric taxicab identifiers.  Taxi numbers with end of transmission beep (Roger beep) EOT beep.

At 19:50 GMT, frequency for her transmitter - taxi cab dispatcher radio is quite close to being on frequency.  AM carrier on 26765.1 kHz.  Pretty darn good considering she is sometimes 0.5 kHz or so off-frequency.

Noting frequencies that the taxi cab mobile radios can be heard replying to the dispatcher on frequency.  Carrier frequencies noted:

26765.10 kHz - dispatcher transmitter
26764.97 kHz - mobile radio - export radio / modified CB or 10 meter radio in taxi cab
26765.05 kHz - mobile radio - export radio / modified CB or 10 meter radio in taxi cab
26765.16 kHz - mobile radio - export radio / modified CB or 10 meter radio in taxi cab
26764.80 kHz - mobile radio - export radio / modified CB or 10 meter radio in taxi cab

As expected, the dispatcher's transmission strength is the strongest, but propagation is playing nicely...as often I cannot hear the mobiles at all.
