Frequency:  9,080 USB 9.080.0 MHz 9080.00 kHz USB 9080kHz
Mode Upper Side band USB 9080 USB
Language:  Sounds very much like Arabic to me, possibly marine mobile traffic operating outside the legal bands.   Nice easy to remember frequency.  No sign of the Italians on 9010 kHz LSB or the Asians around 7.5 MHz to 8 MHz band.  8 MHz aeronautical band is, as to be expected, decently busy just a few minutes shy of 11:00 GMT 1100z on 12.09.2026 or 09/12/2026.
