French language chatter noted, some very dramatic fading.  Almost sounds like two different QSOs going on at the same time, both of them in USB mode.

At the moment, the band is otherwise pretty quiet, save for a handful of activity on the UK FM CB channels - which I presume to be local to the receiver as its in the South West UK - Wessex UK SDR...and some activity on 27.315 MHz FM...plus paging POCSAG signals on 26.900 MHz 26900 kHz 26.9 MHz and 27.300 MHz 27300 kHz 27.3 MHz (again, with very heavy fading).
