Elvis Devil in Disguise at 0107 UTC.  Can’t make out operator but USB audio is good near Detroit.   ICOM IC-R8600 with 60 foot long wire east and west oriented.  Soft Cell. Tainted Love, then LOWDOWN or Dirty Lowdown.

On Monday 9/20 at 0138, Mix Radio (MRI) broadcast a program called Olympia Classics, announcements were in Dutch - could be them rebroadcasting or relaying a Dutch radio service

0144 Huey! "Power of Love"
0148 OM announcement in Dutch, into "Private Dancer"
0151 "Pamela Pamela"
