Very good reception, H501x with whip in Windsor Terrace neighborhood, Brooklyn, NY.  Radio locator has no listing for this frequency in Greater NYC.

1538 OM in French or Creole
1538 Occasional complete cut outs, could be Radio Vision Deux Mille per Brooklyn Pirate website
1546 Off?
1549 OM back in French/Creole
