Somebody tuning up?  Heard some test counts (in LSB mode), then a carrier (or a 700 Hz tone in LSB mode).  Probably more likely they switched to AM mode and are just a bit off-frequency.  Somebody might be tuning up an antenna? 

Received via the W3HFU SDR receiver around 2049 UTC on October 14th, 2026.  10/14/2026.  14.10.2026.

And...yep.  At 2051 UTC they switched to AM and turned their mic gain up.  Spanish language radio call outs, HOLA!!! HOLA HOOOOOLLAAAAAA and the like
