26.885 MHz FM 2225 UTC 15 October 2026 [W3HFU SDR]
« on: October 15, 2026, 2228 UTC »
26885kHz - 26.885MHz.

At initial tune in, a strong AM mode signal "east coast of Carolina" came through.  Immediately following that, it was like they switched modes from AM to FM...and then propagation changed.  Receiving the FM signal (very weak) locally.  Coming in nicer...but still meh via the W3HFU and N1NTE SDR receivers.

U.S. freeband 11 meter CB radio operators using FM mode on 26885 kHz 26.885 MHz - Band C, Channel 33 down one band.
