27.95125 MHz FM UK FM CB CH 36 Sitting On Mic 19 October 2026

Received via the G8JNJ SDR receiver at 1925 UTC time in time on 19 October 2026.  Could very well be local to the receiver. 

It honestly sounds like somebody taped the microphone button down...and walked out of the room.  It sounds like a baby monitor almost....very very faint audio way "in the distance" is the best way I could describe this. 

Frequency is 27.951 FM - right on the correct frequency for UK FM CB Channel 36 UK FM CB CH36. 

Signal cut out a few times...but only for a moment.  Could be a radio's time out timer.   Bandwidth is about 8 kHz. 

Heard somebody unkeying the mic at 1928 UTC....then the signal disappeared.  Very odd. 

Maybe somebody was sitting on their mic.
