27825 kHz FM 27.825kHz FM 27.8250 MHz FM Chinese Fishery Radio Dedicated Fishing Boat Radio 27.5MHz - 39.5MHz 39.475 MHz 25 watt power output 1/4 wave ground plane antenna with antenna tuner.  VHF low band fishery radio Asian fisheries 12.5 kHz or 25 kHz channel spacing, 27.500 MHz to 39.475 MHz 39.500 MHz, 480 channel or 960 channel.  300 baud or 1200 baud FSK / MFSK data calling, ship to ship call, ship to shore call, fleet call, fleet net call.

Received via the G8JNJ SDR located in South West UK (Wessex SDR).  Lots of fishnet buoy radiobouy signals coming in at the same time as this traffic, so that makes sense.
