Date: October 31, 2026

Time: 2215 to 2256 UTC

Frequency: 6955 USB

Program ID:
2215 UTC On with music, laughing and singing as soon as WKND ended.

2217 UTC male "Woof, woof. Hello canines... WKND from 94? What was I doing? What were you doing in 94?... 2 gigs working my way up the spectrum... and now I'm back to shortwave... this is WDOG and my name is Master of the Magnetron.".

2219 UTC male "This is really not a Halloween show... we just want to show up and say 'Hello'... it's Saturday night 2026... I like to listen to pirate radio as well... I just heard interesting music from the various stations... like this next song which I heard on 6942... I think it's electronic dance music... ah, it's got a good beat... you can dance to it". "Song" sounds like a mix between morse code and a lawn mower.

2222 UTC unknown song. However DJ says "Words of wisdom from the Missing People". I'm hearing "Destination Unknown" said more than once. Is this the name of the song? IDK.

2224 UTC male "Is it dark outside yet? And, what does this all mean?".

2226 UTC male "Oh, man, wow!. This is WDOG and we're just screwing around 'cause it's Halloween... and now I sound like Pee Wee Herman... a much older, fatter, heaver, hairier Pee Wee Herman... I take it back, this is not WDOG... absolutely no way is it WDOG... I think maybe it's KDOG... yes, yes, yes... we are KDOG.".

2226 UTC unknown song. Maybe "Voices Carry" since these words are repeated in the song.

2230 UTC male "From a crappy Halloween show I am sorry as it's not Halloween music, but, ah, it's scary to me because we're WDOG and we're afraid of everything.".

2230 UTC song "I Got You That's All I Want".

2234 UTC Soft Cell "Tainted Love" song extended version into "Where Did Our Love Go".

2243 UTC male "How about the sound of the planet Saturn?".

2245 UTC "WDOG" jingle.

2246 UTC unknown song

2252 UTC dogs howling, yapping

2253 UTC WDOG in morse code. Morse code repeated. Into SSTV image.

2255 UTC "WDOG" jingle.

Reception Conditions: SINPO 55555

Receiving Equipment: WinRadio G33DDC SDR Excalibur Pro receiver with a 134 foot homemade multiband antenna running North West to South East.

First time hearing. Thanks for the broadcast.
