G8JNJ SDR receiver (South West UK).
3 MHz "trioka" (triple, group of three) band, aka 100 meter band, 95 meter band, hell band, and many other names.
Frequency is variable, due to the equipment used. Basically this best described as the old school 2-3 MHz marine band (using AM voice for radiotelephone communications instead of USB or USB with carrier reinserted). Vodka radio, 3 MHz band. Russians.
Frequencies noted (carrier frequencies)
3120.1 kHz AM
3119.1 kHz AM - start of transmission (very severe drift/FMing) - ended up closer to 3118.7 kHz after 10-15 seconds...)
3120.4 kHz AM - pretty stable compared to the previous station
